We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Franchising to lead the growth, development, and operational excellence of our franchising division. This executive-level role will be responsible for scaling our franchise model, managing franchisee relationships, ensuring brand consistency, and driving overall business performance across our franchise network.

Responsibilities
  • Franchise Strategy & Growth
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive franchising strategy aligned with company objectives.
    • Identify new markets and lead the expansion of franchise operations domestically (and potentially internationally).
    • Build a franchise recruitment pipeline through targeted marketing and outreach efforts
  • Franchisee Relations & Support
    • Serve as the first main point of contact for franchisees, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
    • Ensure franchisees understand that they must adhere to brand standards, operating procedures, and contractual obligations prior to purchase.
    • Oversee the onboarding of franchise partners.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Collaborate with marketing, real estate, finance, and operations teams to support franchise growth and success.
    • Report on franchise performance and strategy to senior leadership and stakeholders.
