We’re seeking an experienced and relationship-driven professional to lead business development within the Google technology ecosystem. As our GCP Business Development Leader, you’ll lead the growth of our Google-aligned services, helping us expand our presence in this dynamic space. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and alliance partners, playing a central role in connecting client needs with our firm’s full suite of technical solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and build relationships with target organizations and key decision-makers, contributing to pipeline generation and strategic outreach.
- Lead sales pursuits by collaborating across technical, industry, and strategic consulting teams.
- Build trust and deliver value through ongoing engagement with clients, stakeholders, and influencers in the tech and enterprise space.
- Cultivate deep relationships with Google partner teams, aligning mutual goals and exploring new areas for co-development and collaboration.
- Help evolve our Google alliance approach, ensuring it aligns with overall firm goals and market direction.
- Understand emerging challenges and opportunities within client sectors, using a consultative lens to shape and deliver integrated solutions.
- Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with marketing and sales on tailored campaigns and client outreach strategies.
- Represent the firm at key industry events, Google-hosted functions, and ecosystem conferences to promote brand visibility and identify new partnership prospects.

What You Bring
- A strong background in cultivating client relationships and building trust across all levels of an organization.
- A track record of driving net-new business, leading sales pursuits, and influencing stakeholders through the sales lifecycle.
- In-depth knowledge of Google’s product suite, go-to-market models, and partnership ecosystem.
- 10+ years in business development or sales roles targeting mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated success in selling consulting services, cloud enablement, or digital transformation initiatives.
- A proactive, results-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and with urgency.
- Exposure to key sectors within the Canadian market is a significant advantage.
- Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent business experience.
- A team-first approach with the ability to lead by example and contribute to a culture of shared success.
