Salary & Benefits

To £59,400 + benefits + bonus.

  • A starting salary of £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience, qualifications and performance)
  • A KPI/compliance bonus (client care/retention/file quality) adding £1,200 per month, or £14,400 over the year (if joining with CAS)
  • A sales bonus typically worth £7,000 – £36,000 per annum

There are no monthly sales targets or expectations.

Role Overview

You will join a national business that acquires clients from retiring advisers and will provide the advisory support these clients need. You will work primarily from home or on a hybrid basis and, for those based near Newcastle, will travel once a month to the office.

Responsibilities
  • Meet new cash investment clients and conduct annual reviews.
  • Provide ongoing client care, focusing on client retention and file quality.
  • Work within a team of over 50 advisers to maintain an excellent level of service.
  • Leverage shared paraplanning and administrative support so you can spend more time speaking to clients.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years post‑CAS experience as a financial adviser/planner.
  • Level 4 or higher qualifications.
  • Availability for hybrid or remote work with occasional travel to Newcastle.
