Responsibilities
- Point of contact and directly liaise with the Director
- Screen and direct phone messages and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Take dictation and minutes
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain an office filing system
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant is preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
- Integrity and professionalism
- Effectively bilingual in Mandarin Chinese & English in order to communicate with relevant business stakeholders
- Familiarity with legal documentation and general corporate work is a plus
- Proven project & crisis management skills
- Proficiency in MS office
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skill
