Responsibilities
  • Point of contact and directly liaise with the Director
  • Screen and direct phone messages and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain an office filing system
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant is preferred
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Effectively bilingual in Mandarin Chinese & English in order to communicate with relevant business stakeholders
