Job details: Salary $35.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week, permanent full-time employment, requires secondary school graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience is required. Work must be completed at the physical location, with no option for remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate HR department activities to meet organizational goals
  • Coordinate information flow within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Supervise other workers
  • Train staff
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Carry out administrative activities
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed
  • Co-ordinate and plan office services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
