Your opportunity

Dillons Finance group is looking for an Accounting Assistant Coop to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience.

At Dillon we operate as one team. This position is available at any of Dillons offices.

Responsibilities
  • Billing
  • Assist with client invoices including supporting documentation and attachments.
  • Obtain approvals on Sub-Contractor Agreements and subsequent invoices.
  • Setup and maintenance of project and billing terms in accordance with contracts.
  • Draft and review bills in the billing software.
  • Track all bills sent for review or approval to ensure they are turned around within a reasonable time.
  • Respond to billing queries on a day-to-day basis.
  • Communicate with project managers, project administrators and finance staff.
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative functions.
  • Other duties as assigned
