We are seeking a versatile Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a dynamic Applied AI team, developing cutting‑edge AI‑powered solutions. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy full‑stack applications that leverage large language models (LLMs) to create transformative experiences. You will ship production‑ready features, design experiments, and optimize AI infrastructure, all while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. • Develop full‑stack AI applications, including front‑end components (ReactJS) and back‑end services (Ruby on Rails), shipping projects end-to-end.


• Design and execute experiments, such as A/B tests and AI evaluations, to validate features, measure impact, and guide iterative improvements.


• Build and maintain infrastructure for AI inference, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.


• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to shape features and drive innovation.


• Continuously improve processes, tools, and systems to accelerate AI feature deployment.


• Stay current with emerging AI research, tools, and technologies, applying relevant advancements to production use cases.


• Maintain high standards of code quality, user experience, and operational reliability.

• 6+ years of experience as a full‑stack engineer on high‑traffic, production applications.


• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).


• Hands‑on experience developing AI features in production (e.g., LLM‑powered tools, RAG systems, AI agents).


• Strong experimentation mindset: designing, running, and iterating on tests to validate feature impact.


• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with autonomy, personal accountability, and collaboration across teams.


• Comfortable learning new technologies quickly and navigating ambiguity.


• Strong alignment with organizational values.


• Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5).
