Opportunity
- The E-commerce Specialist is a dynamic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers and data at the core of everything we do.
This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, be a platform, data, and product specialist, and become an expert in business transformation through media planning, strategy, and measurement into the key e-retailers in the region.
Success in this position requires strong consultative, analytical, and technical skills, a focus on client development, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
What you'll do
- Execute the 1P and 3P e-commerce operations of our customers focusing on the main e-commerce levers (listing, inventory, pricing, merchandising, promotion, media, etc.) in all the different online sales channels of the brand.
- Constantly optimize the operation of our customers using data from internal and external platforms and services.
- Connect and facilitate the relationship between brands and retailers.
- Act as a business partner of our brands, always proposing new ways to improve their online sales.
Who you are
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in similar roles.
- Previous experience working in an e-commerce or digital environment.
- Ability to navigate an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Track record of successful communication within a team.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

The Interview Process
Every role begins with an introductory call with our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on company and values fit as well as professional experience; technical questions may also be included.
Further steps include meetings with team members, possible skill assessments such as a Take Home Assignment, Case Study, or Live Coding exercise, depending on the role.
