We are seeking a versatile Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a dynamic Applied AI team, developing cutting‑edge AI‑powered solutions. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy full‑stack applications that leverage large language models (LLMs) to create transformative experiences. You will ship production‑ready features, design experiments, and optimize AI infrastructure, all while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Accountabilities

• Develop full‑stack AI applications, including front‑end components (ReactJS) and back‑end services (Ruby on Rails), shipping projects end-to-end.

• Build and maintain infrastructure for AI inference, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a full‑stack engineer on high‑traffic, production applications.

• Strong experimentation mindset: designing, running, and iterating on tests to validate feature impact.
