In this role, you will work directly with some of the most experienced and highly renowned bankers in the world's most important and disruptive sector — technology — supporting and executing high‑profile M&A and private capital raise transactions.
You will be a key part of small client teams delivering the highest quality work product and outcomes to some of the most prominent technology companies in the world.

This is a front‑office position that is fully remote, and requires close collaboration with our U.S., Caribbean, LatAm, and other team members across the globe.

We are not a 9‑to‑5 firm, we work late hours and weekends.
Analyze and organize significant amounts of unstructured data to develop a coherent financial understanding of clients, the mechanics of their businesses and their historical performance.
Build from scratch and refine complex financial models (3‑statement, DCF, LBO, accretion / dilution, etc.) to assess various capital structures, debt instruments, and valuation scenarios.
Develop strategic recommendations and support for creative transaction structures.
Collaborate directly with clients, advisors, and internal senior partners to provide regular updates on deal progress, outstanding issues, and strategic recommendations.
Coordinate due diligence processes (legal, financial, operational), monitoring timelines, and handling data flow among stakeholders.
Prepare transaction documentation including confidentiality agreements, term sheets, and final marketing materials for prospective investors or acquirers.
Craft high‑impact pitch materials and management presentations, presenting complex financial data in an accessible and visually engaging format.
Continuously update standard client‑facing materials with new market insights, recent transaction benchmarks, and emerging sector opportunities.
Conduct in‑depth industry analyses, monitoring key competitive trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory developments that may impact deal opportunities.
Oversee and guide junior analysts in research, modeling best practices, and quality control, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all deliverables.
Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture by sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and encouraging continuous learning.
Evaluate current deal execution procedures, identifying process gaps and implementing improvements to streamline workflows.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of standardized templates, database resources, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
