A leading technology services provider in Brazil seeks a professional to drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure client satisfaction. The role requires strong knowledge in BPS operations, project management skills, and the ability to manage client interactions effectively. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience. Relevant certifications in Lean Six Sigma are preferred. This position will also involve coaching team leads and monitoring compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across BPS operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement best practices.
