1. Java backend: Development of customer-specific logistics processes for our shipper and carrier customers, reflecting their business processes, mapping and connecting their in-house systems to our SaaS platform.
2. Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders for customer requirements, advising our Professional Services team on implementation possibilities of business logic.
3. Design, implement, and update customer-specific features independently; manage and prioritize support tickets.
4. Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
5. Participate in configuration and operation of customer interfaces on test and production systems; responsible for technical 3rd level support for customer business processes on our interface platform.
6. Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices; share knowledge and mentor less experienced colleagues.
7. Work with state-of-the-art technologies, including AI tools like Copilot.
8. Propose suggestions for customer and internal process improvements.
