Location & Remote Work

Our technology team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil.

We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

The Head of Product Management role at QuintoAndar :

We are looking for an experienced product leader to drive strategic business goals and manage multiple cross‑company, high‑impact work streams while partnering with product managers, engineers, designers, operations leads, and data experts.

As a Head of Product, you will manage both critical workstreams as an individual contributor and manage other product leaders.

We expect you to both drive key company strategies and also develop top talent, empowering QuintoAndar to scale even faster.

Responsibilities :

• Set a strong vision and guide both short and long‑term roadmaps and business planning across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Plan in advance, anticipate needs, and prioritize big bets with senior leadership while accounting for business results related to your team(s).
• Build a strong knowledge base and identify ways to improve the speed and fidelity of our decision‑making processes.
• Align with stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional efforts related to your team, working with peers from across the company (executive team, product and tech peers, operations, sales, marketing, legal, and finance).
• Study big trends that affect your teams' KPIs.
• Actively bring data and insights to the table.
• Share relevant information and learning opportunities for the product team and help refine solutions.
• Build a high‑performance team and proactively hunt new talent; manage other product managers directly, and indirectly develop technical talent in cross‑functional workgroups spanning engineering, design, and data.
• Enable awesome and cohesive experiences spanning all platforms at QuintoAndar.
• Drive our native strategy, guide our brand identity as a product, and scale products with a design systems approach.

Requirements :

• Track record in product, operations, or similar technical leadership positions, successfully managing cross‑functional teams in a high‑growth or early‑stage environment;
• Demonstrated experience with scoping and / or delivering end‑to‑end product experience, driving critical business results;
• Advanced English.

• Business‑oriented, with the ability to define and drive forward meaningful impact to company's strategy, shift business outcomes, and improve experiences for all stakeholders in a complex, multi‑sided marketplace
