A telecommunications company based in Brazil is seeking a proactive Junior Dispatcher to provide operational support for clients. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing phone systems, and offering administrative assistance. Ideal candidates will have advanced English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a comfort with technology. The position offers a flexible part-time schedule transitioning to full-time, fully remote, allowing for commitment to client needs.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily and weekly activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Assign tasks and coordinate technicians' schedules effectively.
- Provide vital administrative assistance to support workflows.
- Manage and support client's phone systems for clear communication.
- Deliver excellent customer service via email and phone inquiries.
Skills
Initial phase
After successful transition, compensation will be reviewed based on performance, availability, and client needs. Payment is made in Brazilian Reais (BRL).
Work Schedule:
- Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (EST)
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
The role is expected to start part-time during the first weeks, with the goal of transitioning to a full-time schedule.
Work Modality: 100% Remote

- Schedule and Agenda Management: Coordinate daily and weekly activities efficiently to ensure operations run smoothly and without disruptions.
- Technician Dispatching: Assign tasks and coordinate technicians' schedules and movements, optimizing time and resources.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to support operational workflows.
- Phone Systems Management: Manage and support the client's phone systems, ensuring clear and reliable communication.
- Customer Support: Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email and phone.
- Advanced English Proficiency (C1/C2): Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Word and Excel for handling operational documents and reports.
- Technical Skills (IT & Communication Tools): Comfort working with technology and communication systems relevant to the role.
- Stable Internet Connection: Reliable connectivity to perform duties without interruptions.
- Availability & Commitment: Ability to work the assigned schedule with flexibility to support client needs.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
