• Serve as subject matter expert for select NCQA accreditation standards
• Collaborate with business owners to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
• Review and analyze documents and materials for accreditation submissions
• Monitor and document deliverables related to the accreditation process
• Provide education and timely updates to business owners on accreditation standards

• Bachelor's degree in science, arts, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Managed Care Organization or healthcare-related field
• Familiarity with accreditation bodies and accreditation processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, and SharePoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Accreditation experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• Training/teaching skills and technical writing skills
• Familiarity with the healthcare field, including Marketplace, Medicaid, and Medicare
