- Strong expertise in CRM, martech, and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Gainsight)
- Proven experience in AI‑innovation efforts, automation strategies, and data governance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Expert proficiency in SFDC (including CPQ) and Marketo; familiarity with Clari/Gainsight
- Experience in high‑growth SaaS or analytics environments
- Knowledge of agile, DevOps, and cloud‑native application architectures
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
