Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and scope for software development projects
• Identify resources, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Conduct regular project status meetings and manage risk/issues lists
• Ensure proper integration and testing of AI/ML components in projects
• Provide weekly status reports to management and coordinate with Account or Department Managers for customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management and IT healthcare systems
• Proven experience in managing project budgets
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical users

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Knowledge of managed care and workers' compensation market terminology and practices
• Detailed understanding of insurance services, bill review, and risk management processes
