Job summary
A global leader in HR solutions based in Brazil is seeking an experienced project manager to lead Workday and HR Transformation projects. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and involves engaging with global stakeholders, managing multi-country implementations, and enhancing HR processes. - Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday and HR Transformation projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives
- Establish project governance and manage adherence to Project Management and Workday methodologies
- Engage with global stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans and coordinate system integrations and testing cycles
- Provide regular executive-level reporting and ensure transparent communication across all organizational levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in global HR Technology or Transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of Project Management practices and Workday project methodology
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-country HR Technology implementations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced), and experience with project management tools
- Project Management Certification or equivalent Workday experience
- Experience in digital transformation, cloud technologies, or HR process re-engineering
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills
