What to Expect

What is Required

• Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in relevant fields such as Health, Economic Development, or Social Marketing
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant project management experience, with 2+ years of line management experience
• Experience managing complex US government-funded projects and familiarity with USG rules and regulations
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Demonstrated project and personnel management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management (PM) Certification
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Arabic
• Experience in international or domestic program development
