What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow the employer's presence in the Federal Market and scale annual revenue
  • Inspire, manage, and develop a team of Direct Engagement and Channel Managers focused on Federal business growth
  • Identify, qualify, and engage new opportunities across federal agencies to drive sustained revenue increases
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop Federal-specific strategic marketing initiatives
  • Own detailed forecasting and business analysis for the employer's Federal segment in the U.S. market
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Demonstrated Federal Government sales experience with a track record of managing and growing Federal accounts
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, creating frameworks for individual and team success
  • Experience enabling partners to sell Unified Communications (UC) solutions to federal government agencies
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional negotiation skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including public speaking and professional presentation delivery
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Deep knowledge of Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Direct Market Resellers (DMRs), and the federal procurement landscape
  • Motivated self-starter with exceptional leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience fostering alignment across sales, marketing, and operational functions
