• Plan, execute, and finalize multiple small to large-scale projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
• Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle
• Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating deliverables and ensuring timely completion
• Interface directly with internal resources, vendors, partners, and clients, managing issues and financial questions
• Establish and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and reports related to projects

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of six (6) years of project management experience in implementing complex projects
• Clinical IS experience is a must
• Strong project management skills and utilization of best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• 6+ years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience with Epic and hospital settings
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as agile, scrum, and waterfall
• ITIL/COBIT/LEAN/PMP or other industry certifications
• Strong understanding of human relations, group dynamics, and improvement methodologies
