We are looking for a highly capable financial specialist to optimize our financial operations in line with NBA Monozukuri's business objectives.

You will be consulting with management to perform financial analysis, developing financial reports, and preparing financial forecasts together with BOP in order to deliver and follow company KPIs, as well anticipate risk and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with management to gather and analyze financial information anticipating risk and opportunities;
• Interrelationship with APO (Alliance Purchasing Organization) BOP, NON-BOP and R&D (Engineering) in order to support activities and price adjustments;
• Preparing financial plans and developing financial reports to Directors and CFO;
• Evaluating cost structures and monthly controls by researching and analyzing business trend or financial forecasts;
• Preparing budget reports and financial statements according FP&A requirements;
• Recommending solutions to reduce expenses and maximize efficiency;

Keeping informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, statistics or related fields.

At least 2 years' experience as finance routines and accomplishments.

Proficiency in business management, statistical, analytical, and spreadsheet (excel).

Superb attention on details.

Excellent collaboration and communications skills.

English Advanced (Fluent English is required) Great organizational and time-management skills.
