Our team is growing, and we are looking for highly competent Customer Service Agents for voice support.

You’ll be tasked with answering customer questions.

You’ll need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively, and empathize with customers who are struggling to solve a problem.

Tasks include :
  • Diagnose and solve the customers' problems
  • Communicate effectively via phone with our customers
  • Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager
  • Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture
Requirements :
  • Excellent written and verbal English and French communication skills (Fluent / Native level)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Quiet environment
  • free of distractions and background noise
  • Experienced as a Voice Support agent is a bonus
  • Willing to work on Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Flexible working hour / day
  • Attention to details
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Own a fully-functional laptop
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection
  • Strong organizational skills
