• Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly

• Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary

• Maintain a high level of productivity and quality metrics

• Follow Amazon policies and procedures to uphold the companys standards and integrity

• Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in English (for internal communication and training)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or related roles is a plus

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or digital customer service tools is advantageous
