Overview

Business Architect – Bilingual (Portuguese & Spanish)

Department: Product and Technology Delivery

Location: Remote, Brazil

We are seeking a Business Architect to join our growing international team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our clients' business needs and EIS's technology platform. You'll lead discovery sessions, define solutions, and partner with delivery teams to implement insurance software solutions across Latin America and other markets. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates fluent in Portuguese and Spanish with experience working with clients in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery and business design sessions with insurance clients.
• Analyze client needs and translate them into EIS product configurations and business process recommendations.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product teams, and delivery managers for successful implementations.
• Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation and system modernization.
• Document business processes, user journeys, and system interactions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across regions and cultures.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of insurance processes (Life, P&C, or Health).
• Experience with business architecture, requirements elicitation, and enterprise transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required.
• English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with insurance core platforms (e.g., EIS Suite, Guidewire, Duck Creek).
• Experience in digital transformation, policy administration, or claims systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
