Job summary
A global leader in mining and construction solutions is seeking an Outbound Planner in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. This role involves monitoring orders and coordinating logistics. - Monitor outstanding orders in relation to Logistic Operations and Sales Area.
- Release customer orders (auto, mass, manual).
- Resolve suspended orders and fix order issues.
- Work with Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Freight teams.

Then this OUTBOUND PLANNER opportunity is for you.
- Daily monitoring of outstanding orders in the interface between Logistic Operations and Sales Area, developing proactive work in SAP.
- Daily release of customer orders (auto, mass, and manual).
- Daily review, resolve suspended orders and fix order issues.
- Review and update outstanding orders linked to PO or DRP.
- Execute the cancellation of orders based on customer request or item changes.
- Work actively with Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse and Freight teams to source items.
- Review and resolve LPS tickets relating to expediting orders, shipments discrepancy, on a daily basis.
- Review unit down orders and expedite accordingly.
- Weekly communication with internal / external customers regarding procress on all open orders.
- Mandatory Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or International Trade.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience with SAP platform.
