• Answer inbound calls from U.S. customers regarding auto and home insurance
• Provide high-quality service with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy
• Convert challenging situations into positive experiences
• Encourage and earn Google reviews by delivering exceptional service
• Document every interaction clearly and accurately in the CRM
• Follow account processes with zero errors — detail orientation is essential

• Advanced English fluency — written and spoken
• Strong customer service experience (call center or U.S. accounts preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional with difficult callers
• Highly organized , detail-oriented , and strong with documentation
• Reliable internet and professional remote workspace
