This is an inbound-focused role where you'll speak with customers, solve problems with empathy, and create an exceptional experience that encourages them to leave a positive Google review .

Customers can sometimes be challenging, so we need someone patient, professional, and confident on the phone.You'll be joining an already successful team of 20+ people on this account, with an amazing work culture, strong support, and a clear path for growth and promotion .

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from U.S. customers regarding auto and home insurance
  • Provide high-quality service with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy
  • Convert challenging situations into positive experiences
  • Encourage and earn Google reviews by delivering exceptional service
  • Document every interaction clearly and accurately in the CRM
