HCJ is looking for a commercially savvy and relationship-driven Dealer Development Manager to strengthen and expand our network in Central & South America. This is a key role with high visibility, built for someone who thrives on long-term growth, smart strategies, and meaningful partnerships.
HCJ (Hengelhoef Concrete Joints) is a Belgian company that reinvented industrial flooring joints with their patented cosine joint technology. Their solutions are used by global names like Volkswagen & IKEA because they make the most critical part of the floor just as strong as the rest. HCJ is based in Genk (Belgium), with a close-knit team of 45 people and a current turnover of €14 million. Over the past two years, they have realized double-digit growth, and they are only getting started. In 2025, they joined Tremco CPG, a global leader in construction materials. This partnership gives HCJ the reach and resources to scale internationally while maintaining the speed and agility of a focused, entrepreneurial team.
