- Technical background with experience in software development and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Experience in Medicare Advantage or other healthcare-related fields
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to implementation
- Leadership and mentorship capabilities, with comfort in guiding teams and representing expertise
