Your Impact on the Job
  • You'll own all plans and strategies for business development and achieving Netcore's large revenue goals.
  • You'll assist in developing the sales plan, preparing forecasts and KPI reports for sales leaders, the CRO, and upper management to be used for organizational planning, financial forecasting, and budgeting.
  • You'll establish a business presence in defined zones with the core team of experts and supervise regional sales managers.
  • You'll champion the product and personally help close the biggest deals.
  • You'll determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
  • You'll establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volumes and profits for existing and new products.
  • You'll maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand.
  • You'll complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
  • You'll maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
  • You'll empower and lead the Sales team with a results-oriented approach.
What We're Looking For
  • 15+ years of relevant sales and customer success experience, with extensive knowledge of scaling a geography and practices, and the ability to coach others.
  • Experience managing a high-performance sales and customer success team in the LATAM region.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; you can use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and actions.
  • A proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strengths in problem-solving and issue-resolution, the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
