Responsibilities include identifying prospects, communicating complex product benefits simply, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The role requires fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, along with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and familiarity with ad-monetized publishers. With 100+ team members across the globe, we’re now looking for our next Publisher Partner – AMERICAS.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Be the MonetizeMore voice in the Americas—start smart conversations with enterprise publishers and spark interest fast.
  • Spot the right publishers, get yourself in the room, and turn first interactions into real prospects.
  • Dig into real problems (not surface-level pain) and translate them into “here’s why MonetizeMore makes sense now.”
  • Show the upside in numbers—revenue lift, IVT protection, advertiser trust—and make the business case hard to ignore.
  • Make complex ad-tech simple and practical, so publishers actually understand what they gain, not just what we do.
  • Keep your pipeline sharp and clean in Salesforce so you always know exactly where deals stand.
  • Hand off closed deals smoothly and stay involved to make sure onboarding hits the ground running.
  • Keep relationships warm post-close—watch for revenue signals and jump when expansion timing is right.
  • Speak up when you see blockers or patterns—your voice helps us fix things and move faster as a team.
  • Put MonetizeMore in the right conversations—events, communities, intros—where the right publishers already hang out.
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Loves numbers and naturally thinks in data, insights, and measurable impact.
  • Brings a relentless and entrepreneurial drive to close deals and create revenue, not just talk about it.
  • Has experience with ad-monetized publishers—a strong advantage, but not a blocker if the rest of your game is strong.
  • Can translate multiple, complex product propositions into clear business value that clicks with customers.
  • Moves fast to solve real publisher pain and keep deals progressing toward the close.
  • Treats the sales process as a competitive advantage—qualification, documentation, reporting, and next steps—because structure wins deals.
  • We sell a world-class ad optimization solution to some of the largest websites on the planet, solving real publisher challenges and helping them hit ambitious revenue goals.
  • We want someone who thrives leading enterprise sales with full autonomy and is confident closing high-ticket deals. Existing ad-tech relationships and connections with major ad-monetized publishers are a significant plus, and experience selling inventory to DV360 advertisers is highly advantageous.
  • English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluency is required.
