O candidato será responsável por desenvolver e entregar programas de treinamento de serviço da MineStar, colaborando com unidades de negócios para identificar e atender às necessidades de treinamento. É essencial ter um diploma de bacharel e proficiência em inglês. A posição exige viagens constantes e trabalho on-site cinco dias por semana.

Job Description

Your mission is to enhance the technical capabilities of dealers and customer‑facing personnel, ensuring they can effectively support and maintain MineStar on‑board technology systems. You will design, develop, and deliver MineStar service training programs, serving as a hands‑on field expert to guide technicians through real‑world application of installation, configuration, and maintenance best practices.

In addition to training delivery, you will collaborate with business units and dealers to assess training needs, recommend solutions, and support the continuous improvement of service readiness across the network.

What you will do

• Provide expertise in developing technical training modules, courses, and programs, ensuring they are aligned with customer service processes.
• Deliver high‑quality service training to dealers and customers worldwide using theoretical and practical methods.
• Review and maintain training materials to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Analyze new training methods, tools, and content options to determine feasibility and application in future programs.
• Consult business partners on training requirements.
• Participate in quality assessment and improvement processes.
• Foster strong customer relationships through commitment, open communication, and ongoing feedback.
• Advise others on creating customer‑focused environments.
• Anticipate customer needs, focusing efforts to exceed expectations proactively.
• Measure and observe customer satisfaction levels to implement service improvement alternatives.

Skills

• Technical Excellence: Hands‑on experience with on‑board mining technology systems, including hardware/software installation, configuration, positioning system calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Training Operations: Practical understanding of training processes and ability to implement daily and strategic training programs effectively.
• Customer Focus: Ability to align technical solutions with customer needs and ensure satisfaction through tailored support.
• Effective Communications: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.

Basic requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Pre‑Advanced English proficiency

Preferred qualifications

• Previous Cat MineStar Systems knowledge.
• Knowledge of mining fleet technology, Caterpillar policies, procedures, and a general understanding of Caterpillar’s organization.

Additional Information

• Requires 30–60% travel.
• Position requires onsite work five days a week.
