Position: Inside Sales Supervisor

We are seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to join our team at Prisma Promotora. This is a crucial role that requires a responsible, didactic, natural leader, and dynamic individual.

The Inside Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and guiding the internal promoters team, ensuring efficient and effective promotional activities. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the INSEDE team, developing and implementing internal sales strategies to maximize lead conversion, and monitoring performance indicators such as conversion rate, average closing time, and average ticket.

You will serve as the team's reference point, providing guidance and support to ensure promotional goals are met.
