The SME Sales Manager - LATAM position will play a crucial role in accelerating the growth of Awin’s presence with a strong focus on LATAM. This strategic role focuses on educating and guiding small and medium sized advertisers through the value proposition of Awin’s affiliate marketing platform and managed services. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective advertisers, building strong relationships, and offering tailored solutions that demonstrate the effectiveness of Awin’s platform to drive performance and business growth.

Key Tasks

  • Develop & maintain an accurate Latamand Global prospect/sales pipelinedailyofallsalesactivities,leadsandinteractionsusingSalesforce CRM system
  • Conducttargetedoutboundprospectingeffortstoidentifyandengagepotential clients through cold calls, emails, and other channels
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals, and effectivelycommunicatehowourproduct/servicecanaddresstheirspecific requirements
  • Communicate,liaise,andnegotiateinternallyandexternallyusingappropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
  • Deliverpersuasiveandcompellingsalespresentationsanddemonstrationsto showcase the unique value proposition of our product/service
  • Adoptaconsultative&matureapproach,engagingwithseniordecision-makers about strategic market trends, industry progression and online developments
  • Ensure consistency in introductions/proposals to prospects, including market sectortargeting,productofferdevelopment,features-benefits-solutionsselling
  • Attendappropriateclientandindustry,inpersonandvirtual,eventstoenhance new and existing relationships acting as a point of knowledge and expertise
  • EngageincontinuousdevelopmentandlearningopportunitiesthroughAwin Academy, webinars, and more
  • Driveandoverseethefullsalescyclefrominitialprospectingtoasigned contract and internal handoff
