We are looking for an Assistant Technician - HVAC to carry out preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on Mechanical / HVAC equipment and systems, individually or as part of a technical team, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Promote a Zero Harm culture within the team and with all suppliers/sub-contractors.
- Ensure compliance with the Serco Management System and all relevant processes, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all data, including performance, finance, and customer information, in accordance with Serco's non-disclosure policy.
- Exercise personal duty of care for health, safety, and welfare, referencing SMS GSOP-HSE1-6 Serco HSE responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with all training requirements and report any incidents or breaches appropriately.
