MEP FM Supervisor: AMC Planning & Service Excellence
Job summary
A leading facilities management firm in Dubai is looking for an FM Supervisor responsible for planning and executing maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of MEP systems and at least 5 years of experience in facilities management, including supervisory roles. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities, along with appropriate engineering qualifications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience with annual maintenance contracts and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Plan works such as PPM, CM, and casual jobs as per SLA.
- Ensure all works are completed on schedule.
- Maintain documentation for contracts and service reports.
- Ensure costs align with desired margins and profitability.
- Coordinate tools, spares, and equipment for sites.
- Train staff in HSE practices.
- Maintain customer service standards.
