• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical crane systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing different types of cranes (e.g., tower cranes, mobile cranes, overhead cranes)
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
• Good understanding of safety procedures and standards (e.g., LOTO, PPE usage)
• Basic welding and fabrication skills (advantage)
• Use of diagnostic tools and equipment

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in crane maintenance and repairs in the UAE
• Experience working with main contractors in construction sites
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and procedures
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to service requests
