We are looking for a skilled and certified Professional Welder to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welds on various steel components according to precise specifications and standards. • Review blueprints, schematics, and work orders to understand welding requirements for each project.
• Conduct precision welding on materials, including structural steel and alloyed metals, to achieve high-quality results.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures for defects and repair issues to ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control.
• Maintain welding equipment, performing routine checks and adjustments to ensure peak functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to meet project specifications and make adjustments as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is required (e.g., AWS, ASME).
• Proven experience as a Professional Welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and SMAW.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards, such as ISO 9606-1 and ASME welding codes.

• Experience working with a variety of steel types and thicknesses.
• Advanced welding certifications and experience in complex welds.
• Familiarity with inspection and testing methods for weld quality.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
