Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales preferably in the welding industry.
• Proficiency in English, knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Middle East region.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical advice for customers, distributors, and dealers.
• Operating and programming robot control units and system integration.
• Responsible for after and presales activities of welding products.

Skills

Understanding of welding processes and equipment

Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to welding equipment

Experience in B2B business preferably in the welding or industrial equipment sector

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients

Strong focus on customer satisfaction

Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Education

Certifications in welding technology or engineering (preferred)

Tools

Proficient in using CRM software

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
