A leading engineering company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a qualified candidate for maintenance planning with at least 8 years of experience in tunnel projects or similar roles. The role requires developing and managing preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating activities across various systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for updating maintenance records and reports, making this a critical position within the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance planning for tunnel projects or similar project capacity.
Responsabilités
- Develop and manage preventive and planned maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and tunnel systems.
- Monitor asset performance and ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
- Update maintenance records, reports, and schedules in the CMMS.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Formation
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance planning for tunnel projects or similar project capacity.
- Develop and manage preventive and planned maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and tunnel systems.
