We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk dedicated to meeting the needs of our managers and employees by providing swift and accurate service in a professional manner. In this role, you will perform a diverse set of accounting duties following established company policies and procedures.

1. Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to managers and employees by responding promptly and accurately to their needs.
2. Accounting Operations: Execute a variety of accounting tasks, including posting relevant entries in accounting, point of sale, and property management systems.
3. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
4. Adherence to Policies: Follow established company policies and procedures while performing accounting duties.
5. Flexibility: Undertake additional accounting tasks as required to support the smooth operation of financial processes.

• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Proficiency in computers and information technology
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to work with clients while creating positive relationships on behalf of the company
• Strong math/accounting aptitude and related audit skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• High School diploma or equivalent required
