Support Planning Engineer in the development of the annual maintenance budgets in coordination with the respective section for all equipment and facilities within Offshore Facilities, aligned with annual production and maintenance plans.
Collect all historical data reports from a technical and financial perspective by liaising with the execution team for reference in the budget process.
Communicate and coordinate with the site execution team to track routine planned activities, prepare reports, and review plans with the planning engineer.
Manage maintenance records, history reports, technical references, OEM documents, etc., effectively.
Utilize project management tools to track progress against milestones and KPIs.
Ensure all incidents are updated in the Incident tracker. Support the planning engineer by coordinating with the respective section to conduct or collect Incident RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports from the Integrity section.
Record observations during inspections or unit overhauls in the ATS, and update ATS with action items from incident findings, audits, safety observations, near misses, etc., for effective monitoring and tracking.
Monitor stock and usage levels of spares, consumables, and materials to ensure availability and facilitate timely replenishment.
Maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring Min-Max levels are met, and include any additional materials identified during work order closing.
Annually review inventory levels, monitor fluctuations in supply and demand, and advise procurement strategies accordingly.
Monitor the procurement process to ensure timely execution of planned works, and inform the planning engineer of any delays or backlogs for expediting.
