Job summary
A luxurious hotel in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Waiter InRoom Dining to enhance guest experiences by delivering exceptional dining services. This full-time role requires a high school diploma and previous experience in Food & Beverage or In Room Dining operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about service, an excellent team player, and fluent in English, ensuring timely and professional delivery of meals and beverages in a luxurious environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up trays or tables with appropriate cutlery, china, and accompaniments.
- Deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and answer any questions guests may have about the food and beverages.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Collect and remove trays, dishes, and utensils from guest rooms after meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of in-room dining equipment and storage areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely preparation.
- Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
