We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As an Electrical Foreman you will play a crucial role in overseeing electrical installations managing teams and ensuring project success in one of the worlds most dynamic construction markets.

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians providing guidance training and performance evaluations
• Plan coordinate and oversee electrical installations for commercial and residential projects
• Interpret blueprints schematics and electrical drawings to ensure accurate implementation
• Manage project timelines resources and budgets to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with other construction teams project managers and clients to ensure seamless project
• Stay updated on local electrical codes regulations and industry best practices
• Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and project progress
• Ensure all electrical work meets Dubais construction regulations and electrical standards

• Minimum 57 years of experience in electrical construction with proven experience as an electrical foreman or in a supervisory role
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
• Valid electrical license or certification
• OSHA safety certification
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems codes and construction industry standards
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Advanced problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and project management software
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and Dubais construction regulations
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols
