Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise scaffolding installation, dismantling, and maintenance activities.
Ensure all scaffolding works comply with safety standards and project specifications.
Coordinate with site engineers and other trades to plan scaffolding layouts.
Inspect scaffolding structures regularly for safety and stability.
Assign tasks to scaffolding workers and monitor their performance.
Ensure proper use of safety PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
Maintain scaffolding tools and equipment in good condition.
Document scaffolding activities and report progress to site management.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to scaffolding.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scaffolding Foreman in the UAE.
Relevant certifications in scaffolding safety and work at heights.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good understanding of scaffolding safety standards and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Physically fit and able to work in a challenging outdoor environment.
