Job summary

A leading facilities management company in the UAE is seeking an HR Typist to handle employee visa processing and labour contract documentation. Key responsibilities include preparing visa paperwork and assisting in employee onboarding. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience and strong Arabic typing skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience with MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP, Amer, and Tasheel systems is required.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process visa-related paperwork, including entry permits and visa stamping.
  • Assist with employee onboarding documentation and maintain records.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and immigration procedures.

Skills

Arabic typing experience

Education

1 to 2 years of experience as HR Typist, Visa Typist, or PRO Assistant
