Technical Project Manager jobs in United States

We are looking for a project manager who will be taking care of full project for the relocation of our clients Dubai branch office within Dubai. This includes property search, liaising with brokers & real estate agencies, doing the site visit, carrying out the due diligence activities, assist in drafting leasing contracts, etc.

• Coordinate with the site team and make sure all tasks are properly assigned in a well-organized way.
• Ensure the site team understands the tasks to be done in detail.
• Lead the site weekly meeting and guide the project requirements.
• Meet with head office management to discuss project prospects.
• Receive and follow head office instructions.
• Ensure the correct method of execution and proper usage of materials.
• Avoid any type of material wastage and damage.
• Ensure safety measures on site.
• Oversee manpower productivity.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all NOC/clearances are provided.
• Ensure each subcontractor understands their scope of work.
• Assure proper coordination with the consultant and concerned authorities.
