Our team seamlessly integrates Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors, and Supervision to deliver innovative and value-driven real estate assets.

We are seeking a Project Manager, reporting to the Senior Project Manager, to oversee site activities and resources, ensuring the project is completed on time and meets high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve project objectives by planning and scheduling resource allocation, providing technical assistance, and ensuring high-quality work.
• Coordinate with the Senior Projects Manager to allocate site staff.
• Maintain a cost management system throughout the project duration.
• Ensure the project progresses according to the approved programme of works.
• Maintain high standards of quality for all works carried out.
• Coordinate with the Quality Surveyor regarding monthly payments and variations.
• Implement strict safety measures on site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with site experience and a license from the Society of UAE Engineers.
• Experience: 16 - 25 years.
• Industry experience in Civil Construction (Consultancy/Developer).
