Aldar Academies are currently seeking an outstanding Primary Class Teacher for Mamoura British Academy in Abu Dhabi, commencing in the 2025-2026 academic year.

12. Motivate students with enthusiastic and imaginative teaching.
13. Document children's work and progress following the school's marking and feedback policies.
14. Reflect on lessons and student progress, adjusting planning accordingly.
15. Collaborate with specialists such as speech therapists and psychologists as needed.
16. Embed the Mamoura British Academy Teacher and Learner DNA language and attributes across the curriculum.
17. Contribute to school-wide teaching and learning development through sharing best practices and participating in CPD.
18. Use technology effectively to deliver innovative lessons.
19. Assessment and data:
20. Ensure student progress exceeds expectations.
21. Use assessment data to inform planning and interventions.
22. Provide regular feedback to parents and carers.
23. Participate in termly pupil progress meetings.
24. Behavior management and duties:
25. Follow behavior policies and promote school values.
26. Manage classes effectively, inspiring and motivating pupils.
27. Maintain positive relationships with pupils and parents, following procedures for managing behavior.
28. Model positive attitudes and behaviors.
29. Perform playground and other duties punctually and proactively.
30. Follow safeguarding procedures and log concerns appropriately.
31. Wider professional responsibilities:
32. Participate in curriculum planning, assessment, and school events.
33. Communicate effectively with parents about student achievements and well-being.
34. Contribute positively to the school community.
35. Lead weekly extracurricular activities each term.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification

• Proven success teaching across the primary age range
• Experience teaching the UK National Curriculum
