Aldar Education is currently seeking an outstanding Teacher - ICT/Ed Tech for Noya British School in Abu Dhabi, starting in August 2025 (AY25-26).

Specific Duties:

Teaching and Learning:

• Understanding the curriculum thoroughly.
• Creating a positive, resource-rich learning environment.
• Planning and delivering sessions catering to diverse abilities.
• Motivating students through enthusiastic teaching.
• Assessing and observing student progress.
• Reflecting on and adjusting teaching strategies.

Assessment and Data:

• Monitoring class progress.
• Using assessment data to inform planning.
• Communicating student progress to parents.

Behavior Management and Duties:

• Implementing the school’s behavior policy.
• Managing classes effectively and positively.
• Modeling exemplary behavior and attitudes.

Wider Professional Responsibilities:

• Participating in curriculum planning and school events.
• Engaging with parents and the wider school community.
• Leading extracurricular activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject with PGCE or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of teaching experience.
• Experience working with non-native English speakers is preferred.
